Reddit “Ask Me Anything”

Being a therapist who works with a lot of different kinds of grief, and done Critical Incident Stress Management work in the past, my heart is with the many people suffering so many kinds of tragic loss in the wake, and continuation, of Hurricane Ian. In an effort to offer what little help I can provide from the opposite end of the East Cost, I am hosting a Reddit AMA today. Feel free to pop in while it’s open, or read through after it closes. I hope to provide some solace, support, community, and education amidst this devastation and any other types of profound loss people may be experiencing today.
